Regulator for Virtual Assets
The Emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates has taken a further step towards becoming an international hub for virtual assets with the publication of a new law that will create the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority. Dubai Law No. 4 of 2022 on the Regulation of Virtual Assets in the Emirate of Dubai (Virtual Asset Law) was issued on 11 March 2022.
