As a part of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Arbitration is the process to solve the dispute cases outside the judicial court. Nowadays, arbitration is becoming more popular as a means of justice in UAE. 

This is because of the importance of reputation of an organization or individual. In this process, both the parties agree to the decision of arbitration. It deals with the maneuver that gives a room for solving the dispute secretly. It saves time and cost for both the parties.
